Making calls using Voiceall is flexible and easy

From Mobiles and Landlines

You can call our access numbers, 020 3393 9140 from your mobile or landline which are registered to your account. On hearing the prompt, dial the destination number in international format 00+country code+area code+ number i.e. 004420339140

Do I get charged for calling the access number?

Our access numbers are charged at standard local rate. If you are on a free local package, either on your mobile or landline, then the call to access number will not be charged.

How can I make calls if there is no access number for my region?

We have access numbers for UK and USA. If you do not live in any one of the countries, please use VoIP to make calls.

I get a message “enter your card number”?

If you are making calls using the access numbers, you need to call from one of the mobile or landline numbers which have been registered to your account. If you try calling from a non registered number, you will be asked to enter card (PIN) number. If you would like to have a PIN number to make calls please send a request to sales@voiceall.com

I get a message “insufficient credit”?

To make outgoing calls your account has to be credited with funds. If you do not have sufficient balance required to make a call, the message you will hear is "insufficient credit". Monthly Plans which are combined with Pre-Pay will also need to have a minimum balance of 0.01.

What is a Pound key?

If you are making calls using the access numbers, you would be prompted to key in Pound Key. When asked to do so, please key in # key
