How do I sign up for one account multiple users?
This style of usage is recommended for a family, where you can have one account to which funds are credited into and multiple users can utilise those funds to make calls. Sing up for a standard account and send us the phone numbers of your family through which you would be using the PIN Less dialing feature. Please send a request to support@voiceall.com. Alternatively you can use Softphone or IP Phones as mentiond in "How do I make calls?"
How long will it take to activate my account?
As a security procedure and safe guarding from fraudulent transactions, accounts are not activated immediately after payment is made. You will receive an email confirmation of account activation with in 20mins during working hours (8:00AM to 7:00PM GMT+1hr) and with in 6hrs during non working hours.
How do I make calls?
Making calls is flexible and easy
From Mobiles and Landline's: You can call our access numbers from your mobile or landline which are registered to your account. (Note: If you need to make calls from a non registered mobile or landline, you would need a PIN. Please request for one at support@voiceall.com )
From WiFi enabled Mobiles: If your mobile is WiFi enabled, you can use your mobile to make calls with out the need to dial any access numbers. Configure your mobile with the VoIP setting sent in your email and you are ready to make calls where ever you have a wireless connection accessible. If your mobile does not have a SIP client built in, you can use Fring. Download fring at www.fring.com and configure it with your voip settings. (*Broadband internet connection is needed)
From your PC or Laptop: You can download XLITE or Pangolin or any other softphone of your choice. Configure the softphone with the VoIP setting sent in your email and you are ready to make calls where ever you have a broadband internet connection accessible.
From an IP Phone: We recommend using Grandstream, Linksys, Cisco, Polycom IP Phones. Configure IP Phone with the VoIP setting sent in your email and you are ready to make calls where ever you have a broadband internet connection accessible.
How do I register my numbers for PIN Less Dialing?
During the sign up process, you will be asked to enter your Name, Email and Two Phone Numbers. The Phone Numbers you enter here will be registed to your account for PIN Less dialing. You can have up to 10 numbers registered for PIN Less dialing. To register additional numbers, please send a request to support@voiceall.com
What format should I dial the numbers?
All numbers should be dialled with full country code+area code+phone number (or) country code+mobile number.
What is Pound Key?
If you are making calls using the access numbers, you would be prompted to key in Pound Key. When asked to do so, please key in # key
I get a message insufficient credit?
To make outgoing calls your account has to be credited with funds. If you do not have sufficient balance required to make a call, the message you will hear is "insufficient credit". Monthly Plans which are combined with Pre-Pay will also need to have a minimum balance of 0.01.
I get a message enter your card number?
If you are making calls using the access numbers, you need to call from one of the numbers which have already been authorized to your account. If you try calling from non registered numbers, you will be asked to enter card (PIN) number. If you would like to have a PIN number to make calls please send a request to support@voiceall.com
How can I top-up my credit?
You can top-up your credit with in your phone system interface. Payment should be made in the multiples of 10. Existing PayPal customers can make email payments to support@voiceall.com quoting your primary email id and Voiceall account ID in the transaction description. This helps us to Top-Up your account faster.
Can I buy credit for more than £50?
Yes you can. Please send us an email at support@voiceall.com and we shall send you our bank details to which you can either deposit or transfer the money.
Can I combine Pre-Pay and Pay Monthly?
Yes you can. If you are a Pre-Pay customer, just sign up for Pay Monthly and you account shall be activated with Monthly Plan from the date of sign up. If you are a Pay Monthly customer, just top-up your existing account with call credit and start using the service.
How can I top-up my call credit?

How does Pay Monthly work?
Pay Monthly service is a simple and straight forward service. You sign up for a monthly subscription which will starts the day you create an account with us and will run until that day next month. If for instance you subscribe to 1050 minute plan on January 6th , then your month will run from January 6th through to February 5th . On February 6th , your account will renew and you will get a fresh set of minutes.
Do I have to sign a contract for Pay Monthly?
Pay Monthly service is based on one month rolling contract. So, you can canel the contract any time you wish with a 7 days notice before the end of the calendar month. i.e. if the month is ending on the 31st, you will have to send a request for cancellation of service by the 24th of that month. Please send cancellation requests to support@voiceall.com
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Monthly Plan?
Yes you can. You will have to send us a request to support@voiceall.com 7 days before the end of the calendar month. i.e. if the month is ending on the 31st, you will have to send a request for change of plan by the 24th of that month.
Can one Pay Monthly account be used by multiple users?
Yes you can. This style of service is recommended for a family. Please refer to FAQ "How do I sign up for one account multiple users"
Can I use the service abroad?
You are allowed to user Voiceall Pre-Pay or Pay Monthly service from any where in the world. Scenario's:
You sign up for a Pay Monthly India calling service, which will allow you to calls to a group of country phone numbers. You being in UK, can call all the group countries, simultaniously your family back in India can use an IP Phone or a softphone to call your landline in UK at no extra cost.
You sign up for Pay Monthly or Pre-Pay service and you are going on a holiday. You can use one of the access numbers specified for that country or you can use any of the calling menthods mentioned in " How do I make calls"
How do I configure my WiFi mobile, softphone or IP Phone?
It is not possible to give configuration instructions for all the devices. However please check Usage Guide section for configuration instructions for devices recommended by Voiceall
How can I check my call histrory and manage my account?
Please login at http://customer2.easybilling.biz using the login details sent in your activation email
Can I buy a customised package?
If you are not able to find a package which suites your need, please send us a request at support@voiceall.com. We try our best to give you the best.
Can I buy at wholesale rates?
Our rates are priced very competitively with out compramising the quality. However if you have a monthly minimum spend of £500 on call credit, special discounts apply. Please send us a request at support@voiceall.com

Incoming number service is a 3 months rolling contract. Do I need to sign up for an account to get a Incoming number?
Yes you need to sign up for a basic account which will be capable of receving incomign calls only. Once your account is set up, you can upgrade to Pre-Pay or Pay Monthly.
I have cancelled my Incoming number, can I get the same number if I sign up?
If you have cancelled your incoming number, we can not guarantee that the same number will be allocated once again if you sign up.
How can I use Incoming number ?
You can use the Incoming number to receive incoming calls, faxes and 20 more other features. We do not have any restriction on where you use the service. You can use it in UK, India, USA or any where else you want to. Please note: You would need a Softphone or an IP Phone / ATA with broadband connection to receive calls.
Why I am not able to receive calls on my Incoming number?
There could be two issues. a) For incomign calls we support only G729 codec b) Check your NAT setting. If required do portforwarding to make it work. If you need any assistance, plese send us a request at support@voiceall.com
How many concurrant calls can I receive on my Incoming number ?
You can receive up to 2 concurrent calls on your number. If you need more channels, please send us a request at support@voiceall.com
Can I configure my Incoming number to an account provided by another service provider?
